Exclusive Representation
The concept of exclusive buyer's agents makes perfect sense! As buyer's agents, we're representing your best interests. After all, whose best interests do you think the seller's agent will be protecting? We work exclusively for the buyer. Don't be fooled when a seller's agent tells you they'll represent your best interests, too. They cannot. Only buyer's agents can.

There's no extra charge to you when you hire us as your buyer's agent. Our fee comes out of the proceeds of the sale. If it's a For Sale By Owner home, then our fee will be included as part of the purchase price.

All you have to do is come by our office and tell us about your needs. Then if you decide you would like for us to be your buyer's agent, we'll both sign an agency agreement. It's required by law for your protection and primarily entitles you to exclusive representation. After that, we'll take care of everything for you.

Buyer Checklist

Before you come to that first meeting with a buyer's agent, we recommend you think about a few things, jot them down and bring them with you. For example, check out these initial questions:
  • What is your price range or budget?
  • How much can you afford to pay each month?
  • What part of town do you prefer? In other words, where do you want to live?
  • How many bedrooms and how many baths?
  • Consider amenities. Do you want a fireplace? A swimming pool? A garage or carport?
  • Brick or something else?
  • School system?
  • Located on a golf course or lake?
  • Commute to work

Think about the answers to these questions and others, jot down your desires and bring them to our first meeting. And maybe even more importantly, bring us a list of things you don't want in your new home. This advance preparation will put us all on the right track immediately!
